Dot Lea is the third featured pastor in our Fall 2019 Coffee with a Pastor series. She pastors St. James in Abilene, TX. This series is a project of our NWTX Strategic Plan Innovation Team and Small Church Task Force. She shares how her church created space to discern where the Lord was calling them to serve in their community. The outcome is exciting!
