About Us

UMC Northwest Texas Conference

The Northwest Texas Conference of The United Methodist Church was a thriving and vital area of ministry throughout its 115 years of ministry as a conference. It was a part of the South Central Jurisdiction and encompassed just over 200 churches in 2022. The area over the northwest area of Texas, from the top of the Panhandle down to Abilene, Midland, and Vernon, as the northeast border.
